PaddleYak Darter Tourer

This lightweight sea kayak is a compact version of the larger and very successful PY Solo. It was designed for persons wishing to do shorter trips unencumbered by the extra hatches, bulkheads and larger volume of the Solo, which is intended for touring. The Darter is easy to carry, launch, surf and paddle. It has the same comfortable seat as the Solo and the tourer version features the same robust PaddleYak rudder system sporting on the larger models. It has fitting points for attaching gear to, as well as an inspection hatch for storage. It is the ideal craft for someone just wishing to have some fun on an easy-to-carry and stable craft.
